Whether you are designing your company's website, intranet or extranet - RedDot CMS is a professional tool with a simple interface. Like many other professional content management systems it separates design from content - making it easy for anyone to add and/or modify content, while maintaining the company design guidelines. The editor is browser based and wysiwyg enabled - additionally it integrates with Microsoft Word and Excel, so the documents from these programs can be added virtually without any effort. An asset management systems which is part of the CMS acts as a centralized database for all graphics to be used on the various websites. It even let users perform cropping and resizing of media stored in the system. Additional advanced features include translation workflow and integration with Trados Term management systems (one of the most well-known CAT - computer aided translation systems). Also sitemaps are auto-generated and breadcrumbs can optionally be enabled to help the website users navigate the site.

Working with Webfactory was a cinch. At first my clients at BAF Global were skeptical since Webfactory was in Bulgaria, they were in the Bahamas and I (project manager) was in Jamaica. They thought it would have been a challenge but the opposite proved true.
Using an excellent project management system, BaseCamp, and other web based tools, our Webfactory project manager and other members of staff were always only a click away. They made themselves available for meetings and were never too busy to answer a question or explain technical terms. The turnaround time for building our website was very impressive and the response time on queries and issues was remarkable. As a consultant I have worked with several web builders but none have been as professional, friendly and easy to work with as Webfactory.
We have worked with Webfactory for over two years on the website igolenses.co.uk and have evolved our website considerably over this time. This has included incorporating functionality into the backend of a third party marketing platform, a complicated process. Webfactory have always been responsive to our requests and help out with ideas for cost effective changes for a small but growing company such as ours. We would definitely recommend Webfactory and have done so in the past, especially for small and medium sized companies who require a more personal, cost effective and experienced online resource.
Dear Webfactory, I am absolutely delighted with the end product of my web. It is exactly how I imagined.
